Borrowed Family night idea
I borrowed this idea from a friend of mine. We read the scriptures in Ephesians about putting on the armor of God. As we read the kids put on their "protective armor."
Next we threw cracker jacks at them as they defended themselves. They loved hearing the cracker jacks bounce off their helmets and shields. Everyone enjoyed eating the ammunition when the war was over.
