Blown Away

It's been an interesting weekend to say the least. We did decide to call insurance and put in a claim. The "water mediators" came out and determined that we had about $1000 damage just in drying up the mess. The water had traveled down the beam to the downstairs and needed to be dried out. So we have been enjoying these beauties in our home for a few days.

We have 3 giant machines downstairs and 2 upstairs. It sounds like a windstorm in my house, so if you notice me talking a little louder than normal that may be why. We are hoping to have the machines removed tomorrow and then we will be waiting for the adjuster to come out and determine the damage total. We are crossing our fingers that it will be enough to get our much wanted and now needed tile!
